We deal in natural spiritual products such as crystals, gemstones, Rudraksha, and other healing items. Due to the nature of these products, slight variations in color, shape, size, and texture are natural and do not qualify for a refund or exchange.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are not applicable for any orders.
Any refund, if considered, will be processed solely at the discretion of Tantra Crystal.
Approved refunds (if any) will be processed through the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Orders placed using partial payment (COD advance) are non-refundable once shipped.
